MEDIUM People 5'3" and up, US Women's Sizes 8-10 Waistband is flexible from 29"-38" inches
LARGE People 5'5" and up, US Women's Sizes 12-14 Waistband is flexible from 33"-42" inches Tip: If you are between sizes, order down so the elastic back stretches to hold the pants on.
